Program
The QRIA Mentorship Program connects current executive members with alumni working across the real estate industry. Through a personalized matching process, we pair each executive with an alumnus based on shared interests, career aspirations, geographic location, and target companies or real estate sectors. This one-on-one mentorship provides executives with invaluable industry insights, career guidance, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with professionals who have walked the same path. Whether discussing specific career functions, navigating the industry, or simply learning from real-world experience, these mentor-mentee partnerships help bridge the gap between university and professional life in real estate.

Wyatt is the Acquisitions Manager at Nicola Wealth Real Estate in Vancouver, where he has advanced through various roles over the past seven years. A graduate of Queen's, Wyatt significantly contributed to QRIA as Co-Chair, helping to steer the association’s direction and initiatives. His career in real estate began with an Associate role in TD's National Real Estate Group, followed by analytical positions at Nicola Wealth, where his expertise in acquisitions and asset management flourished.

Meet QRIA's Alumni Relations Director
